Finding the perfect apartment can be a challenge, especially if you have furry friends. At The Residences at Annapolis Junction we understand the unique bond between people and pets, that's why we offer pet-friendly apartments. Pets must be on a leash when outside on the property and are restricted from common areas, pool and amenity areas.

We hope after visiting The Residences at Annapolis Junction, you and your furry friend will both sit, stay, and lie down night and day at our Annapolis Junction apartments.

Pet Policy

The Residences at Annapolis Junction welcomes pets with the following criteria:

  • No Weight Limit
  • No Exotic Pets
  • 2 Pet Maximum
  • $300 Pet Deposit
  • $25/Month Pet Rent Per Cat
  • $35/Month Pet Rent Per Dog
  • Breed Restrictions Apply (please see Leasing Associate for more information).
